Product Description
1.CHC-1000S is a capacitive distance sensor and controller (hereinafter referred to as CHC-1000S). During laser cutting, due to factors such as unevenness of the workpiece and high-pressure gas injection during cutting, the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece surface is not constant, which will have a negative impact on the cutting effect and even damage the nozzle.
2.The CHC-1000S distance adjustment box can maintain a constant distance between the nozzle and the surface of the workpiece during high-speed laser cutting, protect the nozzle from colliding with the workpiece, and greatly improve the cutting effect. The capacitance sensor on the cutting head can detect the distance between the nozzle and the surface of the workpiece. It is sent to the adjustment box for processing through a preamplifier, and the output signal is sent to the servo controller to control the Z-axis.
3.The CHC-1000S distance adjustment box can serve as a controller to output control voltage or as a distance control box
