Laser welding is an efficient and precise welding method using high energy density laser beam as the heat source.
Laser welding is one of the important applications of laser material processing technology.
Laser welding can be achieved by continuous or pulsed laser beam. The principle of laser welding can be divided into
heat conduction welding and laser penetration welding. When the power density is less than 104 ~ 105 W/cm2, it is heat
conduction welding, in which the penetration is shallow and the welding speed is slow. 105 ~ 107 W/cm2, the surface of the
metal is concaved into a "hole" under the action of heating, and deep penetration welding is formed.Has the characteristics
of high welding speed and large depth-to-width ratio.
The principle of heat conduction laser welding is as follows: the surface to be processed is heated by laser
radiation, and the surface heat is diffused to the inside through heat conduction. By controlling the laser parameters
such as the width, energy, peak power and repetition rate of the laser pulse, the workpiece is melted to form a specific
molten pool

SUP23T Four-in-one hand welding head is a new super great application in
handheld laser welding, non-contact welding, welding cleaning, cutting field of single
motor scanning swing welding head -- hereinafter referred to as SUP23T. The
product includes a handheld laser head and its control system, and has multiple safety
alarms and active safety light break settings. It is developed on the basis of the
SUP20T handheld laser head which has been mass produced by our company.
Compared with the previous generation, it is further improved in insulation, stability,
maintenance and other aspects, and has the characteristics of more compact, lighter
and more reliable.
The product can be adapted to various brands of fiber lasers, optimized optical
and water cooling design so that the laser head can work stably for a long time at
3000W, and the cleaning width of switching cleaning mode is up to 120mm.
MFSC 1000X-1500X (G4) CW Fiber Laser Series products provide a wide
range of wavelength from 1060nm to 1100nm.The lasers are water-cooled and
maintenance-free and with a wall plug efficiency of more than 30% and deliver
high efficiency, high reliability and high performance.
