This machine is suitable for a variety of welding manipulators and the engineering which needs of the flux recovery and feeding. It can be installed
on the horizontal arm of welding manipulator or be put flat on the ground. It can automatically feed additional flux to the welding point, at the same
time it can recover the flux which is not fully melted to achieve the results of flux recycling. It is time-saving, material saving, efficient and environ
mentally friendly.
Inlet air pump has super suction to recover flux. The external 0.6Mpa pressure of air transports flux. PLC controls double valve switching, 15KG low
level sensor alarm; high-density coated filter can remove dust. It can be configured to the pneumatic bucket or electric bucker. It can recycle the
flux in minimum 300mm cylinder body. According to different welding requirements, it can release different fluxes through the bottom discharge
valve. You can choose optional distribution of heating or silicone heating system to ensure optimal welding results.
The machine can choose optional air dryer and flux conveyor.
