The RDC6563FG LITE offline fiber cutting control system is a fiber cutting control system independently developed by Ruida.
1. The control system has better hardware stability and better resistance to high voltage and electrostatic interference. The human-machine operating system based on LINUX has a more user-friendly interface and more powerful functions.
2. This controller includes more complete and excellent motion control functions, large capacity file storage, more compatible USB drive program, multi-channel general/dedicated IO control, integrated dedicated time system supporting hardware encryption algorithms, and optional Ethernet and USB communication support for communication with PC.
3. Z-axis is an automatic height adjustment system based on capacitive sensing technology, which uses high-performance amplifiers and professional anti-interference design to greatly improve the motion speed and response speed of the height adjuster, achieving precise automatic height adjustment control. Equipped with RDCutist software, it can achieve functions such as frog jumping, flying cutting, and short distance non lifting.
