Automatic submerged arc welding machine, composed of the tricycle tractor and power source, can be used for welding seams of lap,
butt and fillet of different medium and thick plates of carbon, low alloy, stainless and heat resistant steels.
The tricycle tractor is developed by absorbing the merits of SAW tricycle tractor used both at home and abroad. It features new
style, light weight, reliable function and user friendly after our continuous modification and improvement in recent years.
Characteristic:
* Tricycle tractor travels more steadily than 4 wheel tractor, it shortens the welding spacing and has a wider welding range for
wires fromΦ2.0 toΦ6.0 diameters.
* Besides linear welding, the tricycle tractor can turn left and right and weld around circular curve.
* Easy and flexible regulation. Integrated up and down, rotation of the tractor head with the torch.
* Easy adjustable flux container.
* Double driven wire feeding with straightening mechanism, stable wire feeding, good centering, strong drawing force and low
dissipation power.
