Product Description
1.The RDC6563F offline fiber cutting control system is a self-developed fiber cutting control system. This control system has better hardware stability and better resistance to high voltage and electrostatic interference.
2. The LINUX based human-machine operating system has a more user-friendly operating interface and more powerful functions. This controller includes more comprehensive and excellent motion control functions, large capacity file storage, more compatible USB drive program, multi-channel general/dedicated IO control, integrated dedicated time system supporting hardware encryption algorithms, and optional Ethernet and USB communication support for communication with PC.
3. Z-axis is an automatic height adjustment system based on capacitive sensing technology, which uses high-performance amplifiers and professional anti-interference design to greatly improve the motion speed and response speed of the height adjuster, achieving precise automatic height adjustment control. Equipped with RDCutist software, it can achieve functions such as frog jumping, flying cutting, and short distance non lifting.
