Product Description

PU lubricated gears are made of cellular PU polyurethane foam/foam (heat resistance range -30 to 150) and are composed of multiple sheets.
When selecting, it must be clear whether the lubricating gear is mounted to the rack or the teeth of the drive gear. It should be installed on the drive gear first, because the dispersion effect of lubricating grease here is better than that of direct lubricating rack.
Optimal long term maintenance of the teeth is ensured by the use of this cellular P-polyurethane foam/foam material which stores part of the lubricating oil and delivers it with minimal supply. Not only can avoid excessive lubrication, but also can avoid wear caused by lack of lubrication.
