Product Description
ZD7-1000 nverted DC submerged arc welding power source used to replace thyristor controlled DC submerged arc welding power supply.
It adopts high-power non parallel inverter technology, with a simple overall structure, low system complexity, and few potential fault points, effectively avoiding the problems of imbalance, multiple fault points, and high fault rate among parallel submerged arc welding power supply modules.

Product Features
1. The main circuit of the high-power welding power supply adopts non parallel IGBT control, which has good reliability.
2. The rated load duration can reach up to 100%. Especially suitable for continuous long-term welding.
3. The reactor is insulated at 200 ºC, and the coil is made of high-performance Nomex insulation paper from DuPont in the United States and insulation paint from Hitachi Chemical Corporation in Japan. The insulation strength is high, temperature resistance is high, and dust resistance is good. The main transformer is F grade insulation, using polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulation material, with high insulation strength, high temperature resistance, good stability, and good dust resistance.
4. The main circuit AC contactor has stable performance, no load current pickup, fully enclosed structure, stable performance, and high reliability.
5. Two Swiss Lyme current transformers are used in the main circuit, which have strong resistance to high temperature and interference.
6. It has the protection function of controlling cable short circuit to avoid damage to the P board caused by internal short circuit of the control cable or short circuit with the base material and output cable.
7. Strong anti-interference ability, which can effectively avoid various types of electromagnetic interference such as high-frequency and high-voltage.
8. It has multiple protection functions such as welding machine overheating protection, output overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, and phase loss protection to prevent power supply damage.
9. Multi feature output design. It can meet the welding needs of submerged arc welding, electroslag welding, manual welding, etc.
10. Digital MCU intelligent control. Automatic fault identification and classification alarm.
